Claim This SchoolGermanna Community College offers a current Welder workforce credential designed to build foundational skills for entry-level welding work. The 20-week program combines Core Craft Skills with Welding Level 1 and covers safety, cutting and gouging, metal preparation, joint fit-up, welding drawings and filler metals through classroom instruction and hands-on practice. Completion can lead to an NCCER credential. Germanna also lists separate workforce offerings in MIG, Stick and flux-cored welding. Current official public materials do not verify the staged 67-credit Welding Technology associate degree, so that existing record requires review.
