The two-course sequence combines theory and extensive shop practice in MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core, oxyacetylene welding, plasma cutting, plate welding in horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions, fabrication, and preparation for construction, structural, and pipe qualification work. WLD 101 covers fundamentals and WLD 102 develops advanced applications.
