About Amarillo College (school-wide)
Amarillo College's Welding Technology program provides certificate and associate pathways centered on complete-joint-penetration welds for structural and pipe applications. Training is housed in the Manufacturing Education Center on East Campus, with day and evening options. Students practice to AWS D1.1 skills standards, complete bend tests graded to AWS standards, and must supply required books, tools, and supplies.
