The 600-hour certificate is 10% classroom and 90% lab with a 12:1 student-instructor ratio. Modules cover MIG, TIG, Stick, aluminum and orbital welding, plasma cutting, blueprints, sheet-metal, tube and chassis fabrication, mill and lathe work, career services, and a final exam. An AWS inspector evaluates TIG performance on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
