This 10-week, 320-hour course combines Anvil's Level 1 and Level 2 training. Students spend about 95% of their time welding and build skills in Stick, Flux-Core and MIG, with oxy-fuel cutting, safety, equipment setup, welding symbols, basic blueprints, welding procedure specifications, groove-weld fit-up, carbon-arc gouging and structural-fabrication joint designs. The final work covers all-position plate welding, and tuition includes two AWS or WABO qualification tests in a chosen position.
