Burlington County Institute of Technology Adult Education offers Welding Technology as a two-semester evening sequence at the Medford Campus. Welding I covers shop safety, personal protective equipment, oxyacetylene welding and cutting, introductory MIG, and introductory Stick welding. Welding II adds blueprint reading, positional MIG, structural Stick, TIG, and Flux-Core practice. Both current semesters use 45 Monday/Tuesday/Thursday evening sessions, and students must complete both parts to receive a certificate of completion.
