This 665-hour advanced pipefitting program covers drawings and detail sheets, trade mathematics, threaded, socket-weld, and butt-weld fabrication, valves, tools, safety, and inert-gas pipe welding. Advanced topics include pipe fabrication, blueprint reading, equipment operation, stress relief and system alignment, hot taps, and crew-leadership fundamentals.

A 150-hour specialty seminar in advanced pipe welding for maritime, refinery, fabrication, and shipyard settings. Students practice Stick open-root pipe welds and TIG on carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel, and aluminum pipe, along with safety and weld-process competencies.
