Central Carolina Community College offers stackable Welding Technology credentials at Lee Main Campus in Sanford: a two-semester certificate, a four-semester diploma, and a five-semester Associate in Applied Science, plus a three-semester Robotics Welding Certificate. Training combines classroom and practical shop work in Stick, MIG, Flux-Core, TIG, cutting, print reading, fabrication, inspection, metallurgy, and destructive and nondestructive testing as applicable to the selected credential.
