Central Georgia Technical College offers career-focused Welding and Joining Technology training through a 54-credit diploma and nine technical certificates. Current official curriculum documents Stick, MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, pipe welding, fabrication, cutting, blueprint reading, welding theory and industrial-qualification preparation. Welding awards are offered at the Warner Robins, Macon, Milledgeville and Putnam locations, with selected certificates also available at the Georgia VECTR Center and restricted Georgia Department of Corrections sites.
