Clackamas Community College offers four welding credentials at the Oregon City campus: an Initial Welding Certificate, an Entry Level Welder Career Pathway Certificate, a one-year Welding Technology Certificate and a two-year Welding Technology Associate of Applied Science. Official curricula cover Stick, MIG, Flux-Core and TIG welding, cutting, print reading, inspection, safety and fabrication; the associate degree adds pipe welding and advanced process and fabrication work. The full certificate and associate curriculum follow the AWS national standard for entry-level welders and include a Welder Certification course.
