Clatsop Community College offers a stackable welding and fabrication curriculum that includes an Associate of Applied Science, an AWS Entry-Level one-year certificate, a general welding career-pathway certificate, a welding-qualification certificate, and process-pair certificates. Instruction is housed at the college's MERTS industrial campus in Astoria.
