College of the Desert offers an 18-credit Welding Technology SENSE Entry-Level Welder Certificate of Achievement, three six-credit process-specific local certificates, and three noncredit Certificates of Completion. Official curricula cover Stick, MIG and TIG welding in multiple positions, cutting, fit-up, fabrication, safety and performance to AWS QC10 Level One Entry-Level Welder specifications.
