County College of Morris offers workforce welding training in its Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering Center. Introduction to Welding teaches foundational Stick and MIG welding, tools, measurement, theory, and codes. The 200-hour AWS Level 1 course develops MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core skills while preparing students for the AWS Level 1 Entry-Welder certification exam. Experienced welders can also complete guided practice and an AWS Certified Welder performance test in a selected process and code.
