Detroit Training Center
Detroit Training Center offers an eight-week, 180-hour MIG Welding Production Worker program combining classroom instruction with hands-on training. Students work with mild steel and learn MIG welding alongside micrometer and blueprint reading, plasma and oxyfuel cutting, power hand tools, grinding and fabrication. The program also includes OSHA safety, First Aid/CPR, forklift-operator training, employability skills and job-placement support, and lists an AWS welding qualification among the credentials earned.
