ETI School of Skilled Trades is a private career school in Willowbrook serving the Chicago area. Its 906-hour Skilled Welder program combines 265 hours of theory with 641 hours of lab application in a large welding facility. Training covers welding safety, drawings and weld symbols, cutting and joint preparation, Stick, MIG, Flux-Core and TIG welding, and hands-on work in multiple positions and materials. Students may attend a seven-month daytime schedule or a twelve-month evening schedule, and graduates test in SMAW, GMAW, GTAW and oxy-fuel cutting.
