Its Combination Welding and Fitting diploma uses a learn-by-doing model with classroom theory and supervised laboratory practice. The 795-clock-hour curriculum covers safety, oxy-fuel and plasma cutting, Stick pipe welding, TIG, MIG, Flux-Core and non-ferrous welding, blueprint reading, fit-up and fabrication. Day and evening cohorts complete two 16-week semesters, and students prepare for AWS D1.1, ASME and API certifications.
