Northbridge University, formerly NUC University–Florida Technical College, offers a 61-credit Welding Diploma at its Kissimmee campus. The 12-month hybrid program combines safety, applied mathematics, welding drawings, metal cutting and intensive lab practice. Students train in Stick, MIG, Flux-Core and TIG welding on plate and pipe, including aluminum work with MIG and TIG. The curriculum progresses from introductory skills to advanced pipe-welding applications and evaluation of completed work against blueprints and welding-procedure specifications.
