Garrett College offers an eight-month workforce welding program through its Career Technology and Training Center. This eight-month workforce program integrates Preparation for Welding, Welding One, and Welding Two. Students study safety, welding mathematics, print reading, oxyfuel cutting, Stick and MIG welding, and horizontal and vertical plate welds.
