Hopkinsville Community College offers stackable welding credentials at its North Drive campus. Students may pursue a 60–68-credit Welding Technology Associate in Applied Science, a 48–55-credit Combination Welder diploma, or focused certificates in arc cutting, AWS/SENSE Level I, MIG, gas welding, production-line welding and welder-helper skills. Required curricula combine hands-on shop laboratories with cutting, blueprint reading, Stick, TIG and MIG instruction; some MIG plans permit Flux-Core work. HCC also publishes an accelerated three-session workforce route through which students can earn 25 credits and multiple academic certificates.
