Los Angeles Pierce College offers Gas and Electric Welding as both an Associate of Science degree and a Certificate of Achievement. Students develop hands-on trade skills through oxy-acetylene welding, Stick welding, TIG welding, and advanced semi-automatic welding, alongside calculations and safe use of fabrication tools. The curriculum is intended for welding and metal-fabrication employment and is taught at the Woodland Hills campus.
