Mid Michigan College offers welding education through a 32-credit Welding Training Credential, two 12-credit pre-apprentice certificates, a welding track within the Advanced Integrated Manufacturing associate degree, and a 90-hour short-term welding course. Official course descriptions document Stick, MIG, TIG and flux-cored welding; oxyacetylene brazing; oxyfuel, plasma and air-carbon-arc cutting; fabrication; and pipe-welding coursework.
