Missouri Welding Institute

An 18-week, 720-hour competency-based diploma preparing students for pipe and structural welding and fitting in field construction and manufacturing. The first 14 weeks combine one classroom hour with seven shop hours per day; the final four weeks are fully shop based. Students train in Stick and TIG for field-pipe work and MIG and flux-core for manufacturing-pipe work, with structural and pipe fitting in all positions. Graduates who complete all requirements receive a diploma and Welder Performance Certification Papers.
