Mt. Hood Community College provides hands-on Integrated Metals and Welding Technology pathways at its Gresham campus. Current options range from focused Stick, TIG and certified-welder certificates to a comprehensive Welding Technology certificate, an advanced welding certificate and a 93–95-credit associate degree combining welding with machine-tool technology. Documented training includes MIG, TIG, Stick, flux-core and pipe welding, fabrication, oxyfuel and CNC plasma cutting, and carbon-arc gouging.
