Raritan Valley Community College offers a noncredit AWS MIG Welding Program through its Workforce Training Center in Branchburg. The hands-on course develops MIG welding skills for carbon-steel structural applications and includes measurement, surface preparation, equipment care and practical shop work. Successful students earn AWS D1.1 structural-welding code certification for carbon steel, Grade A3, as well as an OSHA 10-hour credential.
