This 420-hour, 12-week competency-based program uses AWS standards for entry-level welders. Most instruction is hands-on through class projects and practice in Stick, MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, thermal cutting, and basic fabrication. Classroom content includes blueprint and weld-print interpretation, weld inspection and testing, quality control, and safety. Students are exposed to national certifications and prepare for welder/fabricator employment.
