Technical study includes safety and leadership, welding theory, blueprint reading and layout, hands-on MIG, Stick and TIG practical courses, production welding, and four project-based welding and fabrication workshops. Program outcomes include interpreting drawings and coded standards, using fabrication equipment safely, producing assembled work to tolerance, and passing at least two advanced all-position certifications against an AWS coded standard.
