SUNY Jamestown Community College offers a two-year Welding Technology A.A.S., a one-year certificate, process-specific welding microcredentials and short-term workforce training. Students use dedicated manufacturing technology welding labs for stick, MIG, TIG and flux-cored welding, including plate, pipe, fabrication, blueprint reading and code-quality work. Current offerings include opportunities for AWS D1.1 weld certification through microcredentials and NYSDOT welder testing for academic-program completers.
