Northcentral Technical College offers a stackable welding pathway centered at its Wausau campus, with selected complete technical diplomas also available in Antigo and Phillips. Current credentials include process-focused diplomas in stick, MIG, TIG and flux-core welding, a comprehensive 35-credit Welding diploma, a 15-credit robotic-welding diploma and a 64-credit Welding Fabrication & Robotics associate degree. The curricula combine hands-on arc welding with thermal cutting, pipe work, fabrication, CNC applications, robotic welding and, in the associate degree, industrial laser cutting and metal forming.
