Northwest Shoals Community College offers seven welding credentials at both its Shoals and Phil Campbell campuses: an Associate in Occupational Technology, a career certificate and five focused short-term certificates. Curriculum ranges from foundational Stick welding and thermal cutting through MIG, Flux-Core, TIG, groove and pipe welding.
