Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas is a public, multi-campus two-year college offering welding at DeWitt, Helena-West Helena, and Stuttgart. Its current welding pathway includes a 34-credit Welding Technology Technical Certificate and embedded 15-credit Certificates of Proficiency in General Welding Techniques, Mild Steel Welding, and Inert Gas Welding.
