Vance–Granville Community College offers four Welding Technology pathways: an Associate in Applied Science, a diploma, a Basic Welding certificate, and a Welding Certification Practices certificate. Current curricula combine extensive shop practice with welding science, print reading, metallurgy, inspection and testing, fabrication, and career preparation. Official course sequences document Stick, MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, pipe, fabrication, and cutting-process instruction. Day and evening welding courses are offered at the Main Campus in Henderson and Franklin Campus in Louisburg, and the college advertises multiple AWS qualification opportunities.
